Centerville, MA – Commissioner of the ECAC Rudy Keeling announced today the ECAC Women's West All-Academic team for the 2011-12 season. This marks the 11th year that the conference has named an All-Academic team. A total of 36 student-athletes representing five ECAC West teams earned this honor based on outstanding performance in the classroom.

To be named to the All-Academic team, the student-athlete must have completed at least one academic year and have a cumulative grade-point average of at least 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.

Eleven members of the 2011-12 Soaring Eagles Men's Ice Hockey team were honored on this year's All-Academic squad.
