ELMIRA, N.Y. -- The storied Elmira College men's ice hockey program will hold a Columbus Day Skills Clinic for boys and girls at the Murray Athletic Center on Monday, October 10th.
Players who attend the Columbus Day Skills Clinic will have the opportunity to work with the EC coaching staff and a handful of Soaring Eagles players to hone their skills. The camp is designed to focus on position-specific mechanics and techniques for forwards and defensemen. Additionally, campers will work to improve their on skating, shooting, and sticking-handling abilities.
The camp will be divided into two hour-long sessions. Group one will consist of the Mites and Squirts (ages 10 and under), and will take place from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Group two will consist of Pee Wees and Bantams (ages 11 and older), and will last from 11:15 a.m. from 12:15 p.m.
The cost of the camp is $25 per player for forwards and defensemen, and is free for goaltenders. Please send payment and the completed
