NORTHFIELD, Vt. -- The 2018 NCAA Division III Women's Ice Hockey Championship semifinal and final rounds will be hosted by Norwich University at the Kreitzberg Arena in Northfield, Vermont, on Friday and Saturday, March 16-17.
No. 3/3 Elmira College, which punched its ticket to the final site with a 2-0 win over #5/5 Adrian College in the first round, is slated to face the Cardinals of No. 2/1 Plattsburgh State in the semis on Friday afternoon at 3:30 p.m. In the second semifinal at 7:00 p.m., No. 7/6 Hamline University will contend with the host Cadets of No. 1/2 Norwich. On Saturday, the advancing teams will skate in the NCAA Division III Championship Game at 7:00 p.m. following the third-place game at 3:30 p.m.

Tickets are expected to be available starting Monday afternoon at www.cadetstickets.com. Ticket prices will be $25 for an adult all-session pass to all four games and $15 for youth/student. Single day passes will be $15 for adults and $10 for youth/student. The Kreitzberg Arena box office will open at 2 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. When purchasing online tickets, fans are encouraged to select the ETicket delivery option and to print them out at home to avoid waiting in line at Will-Call.
Elmira is making its 10th appearance in the NCAA semifinals and the first since 2015-16. The Soaring Eagles, who claimed the inaugural UCHC Championship in the first week of March for the team's 10th conference title, have won three national championships in 2001-02, 2002-03, and most recently, 2012-13.
