Elmira College Athletics

2012-13 Season
Appeared in 12 matches for the Soaring Eagles during his final season earning four wins in singles and six wins in doubles. In conference action he posted a 3-4 doubles record playing at the second doubles spot. In the record books he will finish his career ranking third in total wins (36), third for career singles wins (16) and third for career doubles wins (20). 

2012 Season
Steffan won six singles matches at the fourth singles position including a three set win over Alfred University. He also won five doubles matches, the most on the team, at the first doubles position with his partner Eric Klinedinst. Steffan was named Player of the Year by the Booster Club for Men’s Tennis.
 
2011 Season
Combined for four wins, two coming against conference opponents with doubles partner Ryan Patterson. Their 8-3 win over Alfred University at the second spot was a key factor as Elmira would go on to victory, edging the Saxons 6-3. He also claimed four singles victories at the fourth and fifth spots.

2010 Season
Earned three wins playing at the highly competitive second singles spot. In doubles play he held a 5-6 record at the third position.

Secondary School
Was a STAC West All-Star from 2006-2009 and was named captain in his final two seasons.

Personal
Steffan is an Accounting and Marketing major as well as a Presidential scholar. He is also President of the EC Finance Board.
