2013 Season
Moorea had an outstanding first season with the Purple and Gold starting in 14 games and making 17 appearances. She was the team's leading scorer with 35 goals, two assists and 37 points, while also picking up 33 ground balls, causing 14 turnovers and winning 12 draw controls. She was named Empire 8 Player of the Week on Mar. 11th after registering 11 goals in EC's first three games. However, her best scoring performance was on Apr. 7th against Hartwick College where she scored six goals and one assist.
Secondary School
Moorea was a two-sport athlete, playing ice hockey and lacrosse at Saugerties High School. In lacrosse she was a three-year captain, receiving Section IV Honorable Mention honors in her sophomore year, Third Team her junior year and Second Team as a senior. She is also a member of the school's 100-point club.
Personal
Moorea is a Biochemistry major. Her sister, Hayley, plays basketball and lacrosse at Nazareth College.
