2015 Season
Ran in two 5,000-meter and three 6,000-meter events…Set a personal record in the 5K at the CCOC Championships (23:07.50), marking the ninth-best 5K time in program history…Finished just shy of that record the next time out at the Empire 8 Conference Championships at 23:10.60…Clocked in with a season-best 6K time of 28:37.40 at the Yellowjacket Invitational…EC’s second finisher in season-opening Cougar Classic 6K and Yellowjacket Invitational 6K.

2014 Season
Competed in all six races…Finished second among EC runners in the Highlander Invitational 5K with a time of 23:27.25…Was Elmira’s second finisher in both the LHU Go Fast River Run (29:02.53) and the Geneseo Invitational (28:14.10), the latter marking the team’s fourth-fastest 6K time of the season…Crossed the line in 56th place in EC’s first-ever Empire 8 Conference Championships (23:24.00).

A three-sport athlete, competing in cross country, indoor track, and outdoor track & field at Belmont High School in Belmont, NH…an individual qualifier at the New Hampshire Cross Country Meet of Champions in 2010.
