Participated in seven of eight races and led the team to the finish line on three occasions… Ran the five fastest 8,000-meter races of his career in 2016...Posted an 8K personal record (29:48.90) at the Cross Country Only Conference (CCOC) Championships (10/15) and placed 62nd…Took 31st place at the Highlander Invitational (10/8) with a time of 30:42.60…Completed the 5,000-meter course at the Alfred State Invitational (9/2) in 14th place with a time of 20:58.11. 

2015 Season
Competed in all seven 8,000-meter races…Recorded a PR time of 33:02.10 at the Harry F. Anderson Invitational…Fell just shy of his personal record in the Empire 8 Championships at 33:30.70…Highest finish of the season was 84th at the CCOC Championships.
