2017 Season
Competed in six out of nine races during her senior season…Ran a season-best 4K at the Hamilton Short Course Meet (9/9), finishing in 19:46.90…Was the Soaring Eagles’ fourth-highest finisher at the Empire 8 Championships (10/28), earning a 73rd-place finish with a time of 31.39.80.

2016 Season
Participated in seven races in her junior season…Paced the Soaring Eagles with a time of 21:51.80 and a 24th-place finish at the 5K Highlander Invitational (10/8)…Her 21:51.80 marked the team’s second-fastest time at that distance on the year, the fifth-best 5K time of her career, and the sixth-best in the program’s three-year history...Placed 38th in the 6K at the Cross Country Only Conference (CCOC) Championships (10/15) with a time of 27:15.10, Elmira’s second-fastest time at that distance in 2016 and the seventh-best all-time.

2015 Season
Competed in and finished first among the Soaring Eagles in every race for the second year in a row…Ran the three fastest 5Ks in program history in 2015, EC’s second year with varsity women’s cross country…Broke her own record in the 5K at the CCOC Championships, where she placed 13th, with a time of 20:34.90…Ran the second-fastest 6K in EC history at the Mike Woods Invitational with a time of 25:38.20, just 8.50-seconds off of her own record pace.

2014 Season
Paced the Soaring Eagles in all six races of the 2014 season…Finished third in her first career race, the 4K at the Alfred State Invitational, with a time of 18:51.20…Ran a 21:20.36 at the Highlander Invitational, the best 5K time of the season for the team…Clocked at 25:29.70 for a team and personal record in the 6K at the Geneseo Invitational.

Before Elmira
A three-sport athlete, competing in indoor track, outdoor track & field, and cross country at Horseheads High School...Named the MVP of the outdoor track team in her senior season.
