In Their Own Words…Head Coach
Rhonda Faunce on her team's performance…
"On Saturday we struggled against this team but there is something special that happens when kids who have not played much before get in a match. So everyone's excitement level was really high and I think that was probably the key today." Coach Faunce on the play of E8 Rookie of the Week
Taylor Kaznowski…
"Taylor is a special kid. She definitely is our future and we knew that when she came in. We were really excited to get her and Natalie Schieder here, as well as some others that you haven't seen much of yet that are kind of waiting their turn. So, what we find with Taylor is that she is smooth - it's effortless for her." Coach Faunce on the Pitt-Bradford matchup this Thursday…
"Pitt-Bradford plays a little differently than we do. There is an attitude on the court when we play them – those kids fight. So, our message all week has been that we need to compete, we need to fight."
