ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. -- The Elmira College cheerleading team returned to competition this weekend as the Soaring Eagles traveled to Western New York for the Queen City Championships at the ADPro Fieldhouse.
Elmira secured its second straight first-place performance as the Purple & Gold scored an 82.67 out of a possible 90 points competing in the All-Girl College Advanced bracket. The Soaring Eagles were also named College Grand Champs as they continued building momentum in their second competition this season.
