2011-12 Season
Fleischman had a season-best, first-place finish at the Elmira College Fall Invitational (36)… Named EC Athlete of the Week April 1st… Earned MVP honors for the Men’s Golf team.
 
2010-11 Season
Claimed medalist honors at the Oswego State Invitational shooting a 2-under, 69… In the Fall Elmira College Invitational, he finished second with a two-round score of 154… Notched fifth place finishes at the rain-shortened Keuka College Invitational with a score of 40 and the Spring Elmira College Invitational with a score of 85… At the ECAC Championships, he finished in a team-best 12^th place out of 59 golfers, shooting rounds of 76, 81, 80, and 87 to close the championships.  
 
2009-10 Season
Recorded five top 10 finishes… Earned medalist honors at the Keuka College Invitational… Recorded a 9th place finish at the Empire 8 Championships earning himself a spot on the Empire 8 All-Conference Second Team.

2008-09 Season
Recorded two top 10 finishes at the Keuka College Invitational and the Nazareth & Hobart Invitationals.

Secondary School
Finger Lakes West Player of the Year in 2005, 2006 and 2008.

Personal
Howie is a Political Science major and a Trustee scholar… Captain of the EC golf team.
