Elmira College Athletics

Madison Peters enters her fourth season as the assistant cheerleading coach at Elmira College during the 2024-25 academic year. Peters helped the Soaring Eagles to their third National Cheer Association (NCA) National Championship last season as Elmira took home the title in the Advanced Small Coed Division.

Peters graduated from Elmira with a Bachelor’s degree in Art in the spring of 2020. During her time at Elmira, she was a member of the nationally ranked cheerleading team for 5 years. 

She will bring her elite tumbling and stunting skills and knowledge into her coaching experience for Elmira college. 

Prior to her time at Elmira College, she was an All-star cheerleading athlete for 10 years competing at the highest levels. She also coached elite tumbling classes during her time as an All-star athlete and hopes to bring this experience into her time as a coach for Elmira.
