Ashley Keenan heads into her second season as the assistant coach for the Elmira College woman's wrestling program during the 2022-23 academic year.
Before arriving at EC, Keenan was a member of the coaching staff for the women’s wrestling program at Colorado Mesa University. She completed an internship shadowing the head coach at Colorado Mesa during the 2019-20 season after transferring to the Grand Junction, Colorado institution in the Fall of 2018 to wrestle on the inaugural women’s squad.
Keenan started her collegiate wrestling career as a member of the women’s program at the University of Regina in 2012 and remained with the program until it was cut in 2018. In 2009, she was named to the Colorado National Team and competed against other wrestlers across The United States.
The Colorado Springs, CO native earned her bachelor's degree in fitness and health promotion from Colorado Mesa in May 2021.
