Live Coverage Coverage
Elmira, NY -- The Elmira College men's basketball team hits the road for one final road trip to close out the 2013-14 season. EC will take on Stevens Tech on Friday, February 21st in Hoboken, NJ at 6:00 p.m. before finishing the regular season at Hartwick College on Saturday, February 22nd at 3:00 p.m.

Double-Digit Wins
After splitting a pair of games last weekend, the Elmira men hold a 10-13 overall record. This is the first time since the 2002-03 season that EC has posted double-digit victories. Elmira went 12-13 that year, the last of a 12-year stretch in which the Soaring Eagles posted at least 10 wins.

Third Year in a Row
The 69-68 win over Ithaca College marks the third consecutive season that Elmira has defeated their nearby Empire 8 rival. Prior to EC's victory over the Bombers on February 10, 2012, the first win in this three-year stretch, the Soaring Eagles had lost 19 straight games to Ithaca.

One for the Dramatics
The Soaring Eagles are no strangers to drama as they have had several games come down to the final possession, including their 69-68 loss to Ithaca on January 28th. EC reversed their fortunes against the Bombers the second time around, pulling out a 69-68 victory after Tyler Dibble '15 scored the go-ahead layup with 2.5 seconds remaining.

Dibble Comes Up Clutch
Tyler Dibble '15 played the hero against Ithaca with his late score, but he came up clutch down the stretch in other ways as well. Dibble made all six of his shots in the second half, including the game-winning layup, but it was the sequence with about eight minutes left that turned the game back in EC's favor. Dibble cut Ithaca's lead to two points with a basket down low and then stole the ball in the backcourt on the ensuing Bomber possession, setting Neil Randolph '15 up for a fast break three-pointer.

Career High for Dibble
Tyler Dibble '15 had the best game of his career against the Bombers, scoring a career-high 14 points on 7-of-10 shooting, while also playing a career-high 31 minutes. Dibble really stepped it up in the second half, scoring 12 points and grabbing four rebounds while playing all 20 minutes of the second half.

An Impressive Season for Randolph
Neil Randolph '15 has had a breakout junior season for EC as he leads the team in scoring and rebounding while playing the second-most minutes on the team behind Derrick Vogel '14. Randolph has scored 428 points in 23 games this season, eclipsing his career total entering the 2013-14 campaign by 105 points.

In the EC Record Books
With just two games left in their EC careers, Josh Keys '14, Chris Cassidy '14, and Derrick Vogel '14 can find their names etched in the all-time record books. Keys already owns the title as the best three point shooter in program history, having made 252 threes entering this weekend of play, but his 66 made three-pointers this season also ties him for seventh-most in a single season. Cassidy is tied for fifth in career points per game average and is ninth in career rebounds per game while Vogel will end his career seventh all-time in total assists.
