Elmira, N.Y. – As he enters his 18^th season as the head coach of the Elmira College Men's Ice Hockey team, Aaron Saul has announced the 2026-27 Soaring Eagles schedule. The Soaring Eagles will play 13 home games this season at the Murray Athletic Center.

EC opens the regular season with a series against Hobart College on October 30-31. The Soaring Eagles will travel to Hobart before returning home to the Murray Athletic Center. Elmira continues non-conference play with back-to-back road contests against SUNY Potsdam and SUNY Canton on November 6-7.

The Purple & Gold then open UCHC play against St. John Fisher, traveling to Rochester on November 13 before hosting the Cardinals inside the MAC. Continuing their home stint, EC will host Alvernia on November 24 before hitting the road once again to King's and Wilkes on November 27-28. 

The Soaring Eagles close the 2026 portion of its schedule with a road matchup against SUNY Brockport on December 4.

EC begin the new year with a home series with Neumann University, hosting the Knights on January 2-3. They will pick up UCHC play with a road contest at SUNY Brockport at January 9.

EC returns home for a two-game set against Albertus Magnus on January 15-16 followed by the series opener against SUNY Geneseo on January 22. The Purple & Gold will then hit the road to close their series against SUNY Geneseo on January 23.

The Soaring Eagles close out January with another UCHC series, traveling to face Nazareth University on January 29 before hosting the Golden Flyers on January 30. Elmira then opens February with a road match to open the series against Utica University on February 5 before welcoming Utica to the Murray Athletic Center on February 6.

Elmira concludes the regular season with a four-game stretch against UCHC opponents. The Soaring Eagles host Chatham University on February 12-13 before hitting the road for a two-game series against Manhattanville University on February 19-20.
