Empire 8 President's List (Spring 2017)

2017 Season
Made four appearances in his sophomore season, which included one start…Ended the year with four ground balls…Scooped up two ground balls in a tilt against non-conference foe Muhlenberg (3/19)…Grabbed two ground balls in his lone start of the year in a conference matchup against Nazareth (3/25).

2016 Season
Played in 10 games in his debut season, including seven starts...Finished with two points on one goal and one assist...Was Elmira's top draw man with 45 faceoff wins and a .402 success rate at the X...Earned his first collegiate point with an assist against Lebanon Valley (3/12)...Scored his first goal and won 7-of-11 draws in an 8-6 triumph at Houghton (3/30)...Won a season-high 10 faceoffs in a 15-4 victory over Alfred State (4/2).

Before Elmira
Played parts of three seasons with the Kingston Voyageurs in the Ontario Junior Hockey League (OJHL)...Scored 41 points in 96 regular-season games between 2013-15...Spent his first season of junior hockey in his native state of Florida with the Florida Jr. Blades of the Empire Junior Hockey League.

Personal
Blake is a Biology major. He is also a member of the EC men's ice hockey team.
