Elmira, NY -- Coming off a 4-1 loss to Washington and Jefferson College last weekend, the field hockey team will travel to face Wells College in a non-conference matchup tomorrow, September 16th.  

Last Time Out
The EC women fell to Washington and Jefferson College, 4-1, on September 13th. Samantha James '18 scored her first career goal in the loss while Mikayla Rebusmen '17 made seven saves.

All-Time vs. Wells
Elmira has found some success over the years against Wells College, posting a 3-2-1 record against the Express since the 2005 season. In that time, the Purple and Gold have outscored Wells 22-7. In the most recent matchup, which came in 2013, the Soaring Eagles defeated the Express 6-0, with five different EC women scoring. Of the five, Alli Gilbert '16 led Elmira with two goals and an assist.
