Emerson Hall is restricted to members of the Elmira College campus community and is not open to the general public. Unauthorized individuals are not permitted in the facility and may be subject to disciplinary action for trespassing.

Please review the following hours and access guidelines.

Campus Community Access (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

The gym is unlocked and available to campus community members during these hours.

Student Access (5:00 PM – 10:00 PM)

After 5:00 PM, the doors will lock, and students may access the facility using their college ID cards until 10:00 PM. All students must leave the facility by 10:00 PM unless a scheduled event is in progress.

Early Morning Access (As early as 6:00 AM)

Coaches may provide students with ID card access as early as 6:00 AM for scheduled practices and workouts.

Scheduled Events

When an event is scheduled outside regular access hours, facility access may be extended.

Important Reminder: When no scheduled event is in progress, all students must clear the facility by 10:00 PM. Access to Emerson Hall is limited to authorized campus community members.
