ONEONTA, N.Y. -- The Elmira College field hockey team dropped their Saturday afternoon conference game 6-0 at the hands of the Hawks from Hartwick. The hosts outshot the Soaring Eagles 27-3 on net, as the tandem of
MeganRae Burke '24 and
Bella DeAmelia '24 combined for 20 saves.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
The Hawks scored three first half goals followed by a trio in the closing half on their way to a 6-0 victory. The Hawks were able to record double-digit shots in three of the four quarters played, with DeAmelia recording six saves and Burke recording 14 of her own.
