UTICA, N.Y. -- Saturday night's United Collegiate Hockey Conference (UCHC) matchup between the Elmira College men's ice hockey team and Utica College was suspended during the second intermission due to COVID-19 protocols. No make up date has been scheduled at this time.
Prior to the stoppage in play, Utica held a 5-2 advantage on the Soaring Eagles.
Chance Gorman '24 and
Shawn Kennedy '24 each scored goals for the Purple and Gold.
Gorman's goal was scored on the power play at 6:54 of the second period. Kennedy and
Jordan Gonzalez '24 were credited with assists on the power-play goal. Kennedy's goal was at even-strength at 16:51 of the second period. Rookies
