Colin McLaughlin '22 followed suit later in the inning with another RBI off an error by the third baseman that saw Littlejohn score.

PSU DuBois rallied to knot the score 2-2 in the sixth inning against the Elmira bullpen. A one-out walk followed by a single put a pair of runners on base for the Lions as both would score off a two-out single. EC reliever David Kruis '23 would escape the frame without any more damage thanks to a fielder's choice that stranded a pair of runners on base.

Following a 1-2-3 top of the ninth inning, PSU DuBois loaded the bases with one out in the bottom of the frame. A pinch-hit single would score the game-winning run from third to secure the 3-2 victory for the Lions.

Elmira broke a scoreless tie in the top of the fourth inning of game two as Frontale delivered a run-scoring single to score Joe Morrone '22, who opened the frame with a single of his own. Following an error and a walk to put a pair of runners on base, EC reliever Logan Pizzullo '25 got a groundball that turned into a 6-4-3 double play.
