The National Collegiate Women's Wrestling Coalition (NCWWC) Regional Duals will be held in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, on December 3rd at 10:00 A.M. Last season, Elmira recorded a fifth-place finish across four matches with wins coming against Alvernia University and No. 15 NJCU. Elmira closes the 2023 calendar year with a home dual inside Speidel Gymnasium against Ursinus College on December 10th at 2:00 P.M. The Soaring Eagles return to the mat to open the 2024 calendar year at the National Wrestling Coaches Association (NWCA) National Dual Meet Championships. The two-day event will be held at the University of Northern Iowa Dome in Cedar Falls, Iowa, January 5-6th.

After making the return to the Northeast, the Soaring Eagles will participate in the Ursinus College Invitational on January 14th.
