KEUKA PARK, N.Y. – A balanced offensive attack from Keuka College guided the Wolves to a 9-0 victory against the Elmira College field hockey program in an Empire 8 Conference matchup on Saturday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Keuka opened the scoring just over eight minutes into the first quarter and would increase its lead to 2-0 just over 30 seconds following its first tally.
- The Wolves added a pair of goals in the second quarter to extend their lead to 4-0 following a pair of tallies from Kirstin Billings.
- Elmira goalkeeper MeganRae Burke '24 recorded five saves in the second quarter as the Soaring Eagles kept the game within striking distance.
- Caitlin Ehlenfield '27 delivered Elmira's first shot on goal of the contest in the frame as the shot would be stopped by Keuka's Jordan Nichols at the 16:45 mark.
- Ehlenfield recorded her second shot on goal late in the third quarter as her opportunity would once again be denied by Nichols.
- The Soaring Eagles had a pair of good scoring chances early in the fourth quarter as Jenna Ellis '24 brought pressure on the cage and would have her first attempt turned away before having a second shot missed just wide.
- Burke finished the contest with 11 saves while appearing in 52:43 of action in the cage before being replaced by Reese Bowen '27, who played the final 7:17 of the contest. Bowen made three saves while allowing two goals.
