ROCHESTER, N.Y. – The Empire 8 released its selections for its men's soccer All-Conference awards on Tuesday morning. Senior Pietro Gallina '26 and senior Jhoan Chavez '26 were named to First Team, sophomore Aadne Aarstad '28 was named to Second Team, junior Acelino Medford '27, junior Daniel Mercedes '27, and junior Juan Ortegon '27 were named to Third Team, while Aarstad was placed on the Empire 8 Tomorrow's Leaders Team. 

Gallina and Chavez were key offensive staples for the Soaring Eagles this season, with Gallina leading the team in goals (13) while Chavez led in assists (5). Gallina also tabbed two assists on the season for a total of 28 points. Chavez also contributed three goals for a total of 11 points on the season. Second Team honoree Aarstad netted three goals with one assist for a total of seven points.

Ortegon, Mercedes, and Medford held down the defensive third of the field for the Soaring Eagles, holding opponents to a .087 shot percentage and 25 goals through the season. Opponents were held to 1.32 goals per game with a .450 shot on goal percentage.
