Box Score BROCKPORT, N.Y. – The Elmira College men's soccer team traveled to face the No. 2 seeded Suny Brockport Golden Eagles, where a pair of goals in the second half left the Soaring Eagles to drop the contest 3-1.

HOW IT HAPPENED:

• The Golden Eagles took an early lead over Elmira with their first goal in the 26^th minute of play. 
• Elmira goalkeeper Juan Carlos Cruz Gandia '27 worked hard between the posts, recording four saves to hold Brockport to just one goal at the break.
• Brockport broke open the scoring with their second goal in the 62^nd minute of the second half.
• The Soaring Eagles retaliated quickly off the boot of Adam Tufton '28 in the 77^th minute to cut the deficit, 2-1. 
• Brockport managed to grab another goal to steal the game, 3-1.
• Elmira was seen outshooting the Golden Eagles in the second half, eleven to nine. Gandia worked tirelessly, recording seven saves during the duration of play.
