ELMIRA, NY – The Elmira College Soaring Eagles traveled to the Big Apple where they faced the top Division III team in the country, NYU, where they lost in straight sets.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
Jordan Peiser '24 (nine), Dylan Vargas '27 (five), and Paten Buckwalter '28 (four) led the team in kills in the losing effort.

Peiser finished the match with a pair of service aces, the only aces for EC in the match.

Elmira got a pair of blocks from Peiser, Vargas, and Buckwalter each.

Max Cohen '25 picked up 19 assists, leading the team. Jake Suffa '25 and Connor Barton '27 finished with an assist each.

Cohen (nine), Buckwalter (five), and Peiser (four) led the team in digs.
