ELMIRA, NY – The Elmira College Soaring Eagles celebrated their class of 2025 on Friday night with a win in straight sets over the MIT Engineers inside Speidel Gymnasium.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
Jordan Peiser '24 (12), Luke Jata '27 (nine), and Paten Buckwalter '28 (eight) led the Soaring Eagles in kills in the win over Drew.

Jake Suffa '25 and Jata tied for the game-high in service aces with a pair each. Pesier also notched an ace, registering at least one service ace in all but four contests this season.

Peiser, Max Cohen '25, and Dylan Vargas '27 each registered a block in the contest with Pesier totaling a pair of denials at the net. 

Cohen starred in the setup department for the Soaring Eagles, fittingly posting 25 helpers on the day where the Soaring Eagles celebrated their class of 2025.
