ROCHESTER, NY – The Elmira College Soaring Eagles visited the Nazareth Golden Flyers on Wednesday night. EC took the loss in straight sets, setting up a "win and you're in" season finale at Hobart on Saturday.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
Jordan Peiser '24 (seven),
Dylan Vargas '27 (five), and
Luke Jata '27 (four) paced the Soaring Eagles in kills, totaling 16 between themselves
Paten Buckwalter '28 also chipped in with four kills in the match.
Peiser and Jata finished the match with two service aces each. Vargas' .364 hitting percentage was Elmira's highest of the match.
Max Cohen '25 led the Soaring Eagles with 17 assists. Buckwalter and
Connor Barton '27 each managed to pick up an assist in the game.
Peiser (two) and
Ethan Davenport '28 (one) were active at the net, blocking attacks from the Golden Flyers.
Barton led the Soaring Eagles with five digs. Cohen and Peiser rounded also recorded four and three, respectively.
