Elmira Cheer and Dance Competes at Wildcat Cheer & Dance Collegiate Championship

DURHAM, NH – In their final competition ahead of nationals, the Elmira College Cheer and Dance teams traveled to New Hampshire, with the Purple & Gold recording two first-place finishes and one runner-up finish.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
  • The Elmira College Dance Team notched a first-place finish in its division and improved on a second-place showing following the teams' most recent performance.
  • In the All-Girl Advanced division, the Soaring Eagles took home first-place, securing their second first-place finish this season.
  • Elmira would bring home a second-place showing with its Small Coed Advanced performance.
 
UP NEXT: The Soaring Eagles will perform their nationals routine inside Speidel Gymnasium ahead of the NCA and NDA College Nationals, on Friday, April 4, beginning at 4:00 p.m. The event is free to the public as fans and supporters are encouraged to help send off the Purple & Gold to Daytona Beach, Florida.
