ROCHESTER, N.Y. – The Empire 8 released its flag football All-Conference awards Wednesday morning. The awards are voted on by the league's head coaches. Amarionah Dixon and Faith Ingber were named to the First Team Offense, while Nyla Capen earned First Team Defense honors. Kylie Hook was recognized on both the Second Team Offense and Second Team Defense. Olivia Kehler was named to the Empire 8 Tomorrow's Leaders Team.

Dixon recorded 44 receptions for 549 yards and nine touchdowns, while Ingber totaled 84 receptions for 899 yards and 10 touchdowns. Hook added 81 receptions for 824 yards and 11 touchdowns.

On the defensive side of the ball, Capen made 64 tackles, including two sacks and seven tackles for loss, while also adding three interceptions. Hook pulled 56 flags, recording three sacks and six tackles for loss. She also tallied five interceptions and 20 pass breakups.
