Elmira, N.Y. - The Elmira College women's basketball team has announced its 2026-27 schedule, featuring a competitive slate of non-conference and Empire 8 contests, including 12 home games inside Speidel Gymnasium on Pat Thompson '75 Court.
 
The Soaring Eagles opens its season on the road at Emerson College on November 7 before traveling to Milton, Massachusetts, on November 8 to take on Curry College.
 
Elmira returns home for its first game at Speidel Gymnasium on November 11, hosting Pennsylvania College of Technology. The Purple & Gold remain home on November 14 to welcome SUNY Morrisville before traveling to Alfred State College on November 18.
 
The Soaring Eagles return to Elmira on November 21 for a matchup against SUNY Cobleskill. Following the Thanksgiving break, EC resumes action on December 12 with a road contest at Lycoming College before returning home on December 14 to host Thiel College.
 
Elmira closes out the 2026 portion of its schedule on December 31 when the Soaring Eagles travel to La Plume, Pennsylvania, to take on Keystone College. EC opens the new year on the road at Hartwick College on January 5 before traveling to Utica University and SUNY Polytechnic Institute on January 8-9. The Soaring Eagles then return home on January 12 to host Russell Sage College.
 
The Purple & Gold continue conference play with a pair of home contests against Alfred University and Houghton University on January 15-16. Elmira then travels to St. John Fisher University on January 22 before returning home the following day to host Nazareth University on January 23. The Soaring Eagles remain at home for a midweek matchup against Keuka College on January 26 before hosting Utica University and SUNY Polytechnic Institute on January 29-30.
 
February begins with a road trip to Alfred University and Houghton University on February 5-6. Elmira then travels to SUNY Geneseo on February 12 before returning home to host SUNY Brockport on February 13 at Speidel Gymnasium. The Soaring Eagles close out the regular season on the road at Keuka College on February 16.
