2012 Season
Erin started and appeared in 14 games for Elmira College and produced a .304 batting average… She led the team in fielding percentage (.978), stolen bases (3), and triples (1)… Pruess also finished third on the team in doubles and had a third lowest strikeouts total (7)… Erin was given the Coach’s Award for EC Softball… During her four year career with Elmira College, Erin played in 87 games and tallied 73 hits, 52 RBI’s, and 13 homeruns… She also leaves the Soaring Eagles with a .292 career batting average and a .969 career fielding percentage.
2011 Season
Started all 20 games she appeared in… Produced a .179 batting average with 10 hits, four doubles, eight RBIs and scored nine runs.
2010 Season
Started all 26 games, finishing the season with a .309 batting average, recording 17 runs and 21 hits and led the team with four home runs and 12 stolen bases… Honored with Empire 8 Honorable Mention accolades.
2009 Season
Started all 27 games for EC… Produced a .346 batting average in 81 at bats… Led the Soaring Eagles with 28 RBIs and nine home runs… Finished second on the team in runs scored (30), hits (28) and walks (13).
Secondary School
Varsity letterwinner for soccer and softball… Named to the NYS All-Star Second team in 2007… Earned First Team All-Star honors for softball in 2008… Four time high honor roll student and National Honor Society member.
Personal
Erin is a Liberal Arts major at Elmira College and a Mark Twain scholar.
