Elmira College Athletics

2020 Season
Did not dress for action before the 2020 season was shortened after five games while pursuing professional ice hockey with the Elmira Enforcers.

2019 Season
Started all seven games he played...Totaled nine ground balls and a career-high five caused turnovers...Caused a season-high-tying two turnovers in a 6-5 win over Keystone (3/20)...Grabbed a season-best three ground balls against Hartwick (3/27)...Scored the first goal of his career and scooped up two ground balls against Sage (4/6).

2018 Season
Played in five games, including one start against Nazareth (4/7)…Picked up a season-high two ground balls against Hartwick (4/21)...Collected one ground ball in a 12-5 win over Keystone (4/22).

2017 Season
Started in five of his 10 appearances during his rookie season…Ended the year with 13 ground balls and four caused turnovers…Recovered a pair of ground balls in a 16-5 win over Houghton (3/29)…Made his first career start the following game against SUNY Geneseo (4/1) and contributed two ground balls in the matchup…Scooped up a career-high five ground balls in a conference tilt against Stevens (4/22)…Caused a season-high two turnovers in the season-ending matchup against Utica at Campus Field (4/29).

Before Elmira
Played three seasons in the Eastern Hockey League (EHL) with the Hartford Jr. Wolfpack after graduating from Blue Valley High School in Overland Park, Kansas, in 2013.

Personal
Spencer is a Biology major. He is also a member of the EC men's ice hockey team.
