Dean William S. Neal served as Elmira College's Dean of Admissions from 1989-2004. This SAAC award is presented annually to a Soaring Eagles athletics team that has demonstrated outstanding sportsmanship throughout the year, both in and out of season, and in support of their fellow student-athletes as fans.
