2023 Season
Appeared in seven contests with a pair of starts for the Soaring Eagles...Finished 1-1 with a 7.56 ERA through 8.1 innings pitched on the season...Limited batters to a .207 batting average against and recorded six strikeouts...Started the contest against PSU Wilkes (3/16) and received credit for the victory in Elmira's first ever no-hitter as the Soaring Eagles were victorious 13-0...Pitched a season-high three innings against Lycoming (4/18) and was handed the loss despite allowing no earned runs and recording a season-best five strikeouts.

2022 Season
Appeared in eight games making six starts on the mound for the Soaring Eagles as a freshman...Went 2-3 on the season with 22.1 innings pitched and 20 strikeouts...Earned his first collegiate victory after tossing one inning against Keuka (4/2) and recording a pair of strikeouts...Followed with six innings and five strikeouts in a win against Keuka (4/4)...Tossed 1.1 clean innings against Utica (4/24).

Before Elmira
Lettered in hockey, baseball, and volleyball at Cicero North Syracuse High School in Cicero, New York...was awarded the Senior Most Outstanding Athlete honor during his time at CNS.

Carter is a Business Administration & Finance major. He is also a member of the Elmira College men's ice hockey team.
