2017 Season
Paced the Purple and Gold in all nine races as a senior…Competed in his first collegiate 6K to open the season at the SUNY Poly Short Course Invite (9/2), helping the Purple and Gold secure an eighth-place finish with a team-best time of 22:42.10…Ran in his first collegiate 5K at the Hamilton Short Course Meet (9/9), posting a time of 18:12.30… Recorded a season-best time in the 8K at the NCAA Atlantic Regional with a time of 29:09.40.

2016 Season
Ran in all six 8,000-meter competitions and paced the Soaring Eagles in five of them…Posted the second-fastest 8K time of his career and the third-best in program history (29:05.30) at the Cross Country Only Conference (CCOC) Championships (10/15)…Was Elmira’s top finisher at the both the Empire 8 Conference Championships (10/29) with a time of 29.52.10 and at the ECAC Championships (11/5) at 30.07.20.

2015 Season
Competed in six 8,000-meter races…Recorded five of the top-10 fastest 8K times of the season…Ran a personal record time of 28:22.90, the second-fastest 8K of the season, and finished 62nd in the Empire 8 Conference Championships in Houghton…Ran the Letchworth State Park course at the Mike Woods Invitational in 29:06.40, his second-best time and the team’s fourth-fastest 8K of the season…EC’s top finisher in the Harry F. Anderson Invitational and the ECAC Championships.
