Paced Elmira with career highs in goals (19) and points (26)...Tied for second in the ECAC West in goals and fourth in points, while leading all conference skaters with three shorthanded goals...Ranked third nationally with 0.79 goals per game...Scored a shorthanded, game-winning goal in a 5-2 win at Nazareth (11/14)...Had one tally in a 4-3 win over No. 11 Hobart (11/21)...Tied a season high with three points in a 6-3 win over No. 6 Amherst (11/28) (1g-2a) and a 6-1 victory over Wesleyan (12/11) (2g-1a)...Scored twice in a 4-3 win at Brockport (1/8)...Secured a hat trick, which included two power-play scores, in a 5-1 win over No. 4/8 SUNY Geneseo (1/9)...Deposited one goal in a 3-2 overtime win against Utica (2/13)...Earned his seventh multi-point performance with two points (1g-1a) on the road at Manhattanville (2/16).

2012-13 Season
Appearing in 25 games for EC during his inaugural season Carter registered nine goals, four assists and 13 points. He was the team's leading goal scorer this season with nine overall and five coming in conference play. His best performance was on Nov. 17th against Utica College, where he registered three points (2g-1a) to help EC prevail 7-4. 

Coach's Take
Carter has excellent speed and a nose for the net. His competitive nature is very evident each time he takes the ice and the fans are going to love watching him play. Carter is from Langley, BC and played for the Merritt Centennials in the BCHL last year.

Personal
Carter is a Business Administration major with minors in Finance and Economics and a specializing in Management. He is a member of the Men's Lacrosse team.
