Appeared in 21 matches as a serving and defensive specialist…Tallied seven digs, four aces, three assists and one kill…Posted a season-best two service aces in a straight-sets win against Penn State-Altoona (2/3)…Recorded a season-high three digs and added his first-career kill in a win over Bard  (2/11).

2017 Season
Played in 22 matches during his sophomore season…Tallied 26 digs, nine assists and five aces…Recorded four digs in a straight-set victory over Southern Vermont (2/10)...Registered a season-high five digs and a season-high-tying two assists in the 3-0 victory over Keuka (3/01).

2016 Season
Played in 26 matches as a rookie, primarily as a serving and defensive specialist...Finished the season with 18 digs and seven service aces… Recorded a season-best two aces in 3-0 wins against College of Mount Saint Vincent (1/22) and Medaille College (1/29)… Posted a season-high four digs in a straight-set victory over Rivier College (2/26). 

Before Elmira
Played volleyball for Head Coach John O'Dell at Fairport High School in Fairport, New York...Won Section V and New York State Championships during the 2013 season.

Joe is a Criminal Justice major with minors in Anthropology and Sociology.
