2020 Season
Finished his freshman campaign ranked among Elmira's leaders in multiple categories, despite the season being cut short due to the coronavirus pandemic...Paced the Soaring Eagles in aces (21), digs (87), digs per set (1.47), and was second in kills (125) and kills per set (2.12)...Was fourth in the Empire 8 and 10th in the UVC in aces per set (0.36)...Helped Elmira sweep Sage (1/25) with eight kills, four digs, and a program-record nine service aces in his third collegiate appearance...Hit .417 with 10 kills in a 3-0 win vs. Keuka (1/29)...Posted a season-high 16 kills in a five-set win over Randolph-Macon (2/1)...Logged his first double-double with 11 kills and 10 digs against Hiram (2/2)...Hit .355 with 15 kills and a season-high 16 digs in a five-set victory over Misericordia (2/11).

Before Elmira
Was a three-sport standout at Pavilion Central in Pavilion, New York, lettering in volleyball, basketball and track & field...Ended his career with program records in kills (1,313), digs (735), and aces (312)...Was named to the Section V Class B All-Tournament Team for four consecutive seasons...Was named to the All-Greater Rochester Team in 2017 and 2018...Honored as a Finger Lakes/Independent League First-Team All-Star all four years of his prep career...Played on the club circuit for the Rochester PACE Bootleggers.

Personal
Luke is majoring in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. His sister, Lydia Milligan '21, is a member of the Elmira College women's volleyball team.
