2012-13 Season
She had another outstanding year for the Soaring Eagles playing in all 30 games while being the leading point scorer with 17 goals, 14 assists and 31 points. In conference play she was the second leading scorer for EC registering 10 goals, 6 assists and 16 points. She also provided the team with two power play goals, two shorthanded goals and three game winning goals this season. She had multiple point scorer games this season, but her best game came on Jan. 4th against Manhattanville when she produced a perfect hat trick in a 3-0 victory. Her outstanding play this season has allowed her to earn many different awards this season. She was named to the ECAC West All-Conference Second Team, ECAC West All-Academic Team, D3 Hockey All-Region Second Team, D3 Hockey All-American Honorable Mention and NCAA Championship All-Tournament Team.  

2011-12 Season
Ashley appeared in 25 of 26 games for Elmira College during her inaugural season tallying the third highest team point total for the team with 10 goals and 13 assists for 23 points. The Rochester, NY native earned ECAC Women’s West Rookie of the Year honors and a spot on the All-Rookie team. Ryan registered two scores on the power play and three game-winning goals while converting seven of her goals and 15 of her points during ECAC West play. She ranked first in the ECAC West and 12th in the country in points per game among rookies as she netted 0.92 points per contest. For her efforts on the ice, Ashley received many ECAC accolades including, ECAC West Weekly Honor Roll for the week of November 6th and Rookie of the Week for the weeks of November 20th and January 22nd. Ryan was also named the Booster Club Player of the Year for Women’s Hockey.
