2012-13 Season
In her second season with the Soaring Eagles Weston played in 29 games registering seven goals, six assists and 13 points. In conference play she recorded four goals, two assists and six points. Her best game this season was on Mar. 9th against Bowdoin College where she scored the game winning goal. 

2011-12 Season
Erin appeared in 24 of 26 games for Elmira College during her rookie campaign totaling nine points on three goals and six assists. She also tallied a power-play marker and a game-winning goal, while being named ECAC West Rookie of the Week February 12th.
