Jess Adams '21 was instrumental in the Soaring Eagles' efforts to clinch their third consecutive Pat Thompson Trophy as United Collegiate Hockey Conference (UCHC) champions this past weekend. The Holliston, Massachusetts, native produced four points (4g) en route to being crowned the UCHC Tournament MVP.

After scoring one goal in the semifinal victory over Stevenson, Adams led the charge in Elmira's 5-3 come-from-behind win over Manhattanville in the title game with a hat trick, her third of the season. Heading into the NCAA tournament, Adams ranks third on the team in points (28) and second in goals (20).

Adams and the Elmira women return to the ice at the Murray Athletic Center on Saturday, March 14, when they host western rival Adrian in the quarterfinals of the 2020 NCAA Division III Women's Ice Hockey Championship.
