Morgan Mordini '22 capped off her junior season by helping the Soaring Eagles claim their fourth consecutive Pat Thompson Trophy as United Collegiate Hockey Conference (UCHC) champions on Tuesday night. She was elected the UCHC Championship MVP with seven points (3g-4a) across all three rounds of the league tournament. In the UCHC title game, a 5-1 victory over Nazareth, Mordini finished with two points (1g-1a) and scored the game's first tally.

The third-year forward from North Attleboro, Massachusetts, was fifth on the team in scoring in 2021. In 12 games, Mordini amassed 18 points (7g-11a) and was tied for 10th in Division III with 1.50 points per game. She ended the season on a seven-game point streak and had multiple points in six of those contests.
