Cleary helped the women's basketball team close the 2014-15 season with two wins in their final three games, averaging 18.0 points and 6.3 rebounds per game against Houghton College, Ithaca College, and Alfred University. She improved her season averages to 14.2 points, which led the Soaring Eagles, and 3.7 rebounds per contest, becoming the first EC rookie to lead the team in scoring since Kourtney Troutman '08 did it in 2004-05.
Cleary struggled to get her shot fall at Houghton on Tuesday, scoring just seven points and grabbing five rebounds in EC's overtime victory. She then recorded her 18th double-digit scoring game of the season against Ithaca with 10 points. Her best performance of the week, as well as her season, came in the season-finale against Alfred.
She lit the scoreboard up against the Saxons, breaking a 36-year old Elmira College single-game scoring record in the process. Cleary dropped 37 points against Alfred and also grabbed 11 rebounds for her second-career double-double.
Cleary and the women's basketball team concluded their 2014-15 season with a 10-15 overall record and a 6-10 mark in Empire 8 Conference games.
