Ciampichini had a phenomenal game on Thursday evening against Nazareth College recording four points in the form of three goals and one assist. This was his first hat trick as a Soaring Eagle with his first score coming at the 8:30 mark of the first period. In the second period he assisted on an EC goal to make it 5-2, and then registered his second score of the night at the 16:51 mark to make it 6-2. In the final period at the 17:04 mark the sophomore registered his first shorthanded goal and the team’s eighth goal on the night.  

The Men’s Hockey team returns to action this weekend for a home-home series with Hobart. The Soaring Eagles travel to Geneva, NY for a 7:00 p.m. tilt Friday with the Statesmen, before returning home for a 7:00 p.m. puck drop Saturday at the Murray Athletic Center.
