Elmira, NY – Elmira College will be webcasting the ECAC Upstate – Metro Women's Volleyball Championship this weekend. The Soaring Eagles Women's Volleyball team earned the number one seed in the tournament.

With Elmira's win last night in the Quarterfinal match, against the number eight seed, St. Joseph's College (Long Island, NY), 3-0 (25-13, 25-21, 25-20). The Soaring Eagles advance to the ECAC semifinal – final rounds this Saturday in the Speidel Gymnasium.

The semifinals are slated for 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., with the winners to play for the championship title at 5:00 p.m. Admission is free.
