Last Week: Elmira split a pair of United Collegiate Hockey Conference (UCHC) games at home on Friday, December 1, and Saturday, December 2. The weekend began with a 5-2 triumph over Chatham. Although the Cougars took a 2-1 lead in the second period, the Soaring Eagles closed the contest with four unanswered goals to seal the league victory. Connor Powell '20 kick-started the four-goal run with back-to-back tallies in a span of 2:45 in the second period, which included the eventual game winner.
