The Cardinals of St. John Fisher College topped visiting Elmira College, 28-0, in Empire 8 Conference action on Saturday afternoon at Growney Stadium in Rochester, New York.
 
Second-year netminder Jacob Mattice '21 finished with 10 saves in 60 minutes of action. Mattice also logged a team-high seven ground balls, his second-highest total of the 2019 campaign, and caused a pair of turnovers.
 
Austin Spiridilozzi '20 finished with a trio of ground balls, second-most on the team today, and produced a team-high three caused turnovers. James Mayer '20 and Sam Shaw '22 registered two caused turnovers apiece.
