SELINSGROVE, PA. – Despite an early goal from Martin Harguindey '26, the Soaring Eagles could not add to their lead and allowed three goals to the River Hawks, which saw them drop the match 3-1.

HOW IT HAPPENED:

• Harguindey got things started in the ninth minute of the match as he got a shot past the goalkeeper from the top of the box, giving Elmira the early 1-0 lead.
• The lead would not last long as Susquehanna equalized just under six minutes later.
• The River Hawks would add another in the 33rd minute, giving them the lead they would take into the half.
• Susquehanna would get its third late in the second half, giving it a two-goal cushion with just over 10 minutes to go.
• Despite outshooting Susquehanna in the second half seven to five, none of the Soaring Eagles efforts came on target, and the Soaring Eagles were held to just the one goal.
