Box Score ALBANY, NY. – Elmira men's soccer picked up another 2-0 win on Saturday as they beat Russell Sage on the road. Martin Harguindey '26 scored in his second consecutive match, while Moustapha Camara '23 slotted home his first goal of the season.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- The game was scoreless for most of the first half, with both teams trading shots but none finding the net.
- The breakthrough came in the 44th minute off an Elmira corner, which saw Valentino Aguilera '27 head the ball off a Sage player before Harguindey powered a header past the goalkeeper. The ball crossed the goal line before the defensive clearance, giving Harguindey his ninth goal of the season and Elmira the lead before the end of the half.
- Elmira controlled the second half, outshooting the Gators 6-2.
- The Soaring Eagles' second goal came on the break after Camara intercepted the ball in the midfield, laying it off to Mohamed Koroma '25, who found Camara on the run. Camara calmly finished in front of goal, giving Elmira a two-goal lead in the 69th minute.
- EC saw out the rest of the game, keeping the Gators scoreless and claiming the 2-0 victory.
- Juan Carlos Cruz Gandia '27 kept a clean sheet while stopping all four Gator efforts on goal in the game.
